The successful candidate is a natural leader who is able to manage, engage and inspire team members.  Reporting to your Store Manager, you are responsible for the growth of top line sales and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Supports store manager in the following areas…

• Recruiting, developing and retaining top talent
• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Encourage a fun and interactive atmosphere, including store front demos
• Helping to ensure the Team meets sales goals and key metrics
• Executing company standards in all store operations

What you’ll need to be successful…      

• A minimum of two years’ management experience in a retail environment
• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• The ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
