Sales Manager

As a Showcase Sales Manager, you will support your Store Manager in contributing to your store’s success by leading with an unwavering focus on delivering a fun and unique guest experience. Accountable for maximizing sales potential by coaching associates' behaviours on the sales floor, setting expectations and ensuring execution. A focused attention to detail in store operations and preservation of Showcase’s policies and procedures.   

As we continue our growth we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and customer service skills.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and excited by a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store experience that aligns with Showcase’s brand, values, and customer expectations.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all current and upcoming trending products.
  • Support the Store Manager in daily operations, team development, and overall store performance.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising standards and ensure all displays follow company guidelines.
  • Oversee inventory accuracy, product replenishment, and team product knowledge training.
  • Drive KPI performance through effective planning, execution, and team communication.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and staff accountability.
  • Maintain strong personal performance while supporting the success of the broader team.
  • Work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and trend-driven work culture.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by staying informed and enthusiastic about the latest trends and products.
