As a Showcase Assistant Manager, you will partner with the Store Manager to provide a Fun, High Energy, Guest Focused shopping environment.  You will help maximize the sales and profitability of the store through motivation and Team development and be accountable for the day-to-day operations of the store.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in exceptional personal and team sales
  • Proven track record in providing extraordinary guest service
  • Proven track record in providing excellence in Team Development
  • Proven success in recruiting, hiring and training
  • You have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Retail (Service) Management Role
  • Enjoy the ever changing and fast paced retail environment
