As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and profitably, and providing excellent customer service. You will report directly to the District Manager and be responsible for achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching and developing a high-performing team of sales associates who are knowledgeable about our products, engage with our customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store operations and achieve sales targets
Recruiting, training, developing and managing a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
Create a positive and engaging environment for both customers and associates
Analyze sales and financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including social media and community outreach programs
Ensure that the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase our products effectively
Monitor inventory levels and work with the District Manager to manage inventory
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:
At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Experience in the health, beauty, home, toys, tech or food industry is a plus

High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, stock
What you’ll need to be successful…      

A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
