While we typically hire for salaried positions, we're now offering an hourly rate due to lower hours required for this role. This could also be a great opportunity for a Junior Manager.

Showcase, "Home of the Hottest Trends," is searching for a Store Manager who will nurture an entrepreneurial spirit. We need a natural leader capable of managing, engaging, and inspiring team members, reporting directly to the District Manager. Your primary focus will be on driving top-line sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you’ll be doing…
Responsibilities include recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent
Demonstrating passion, energy, and expert product knowledge
Creating a fun, interactive atmosphere with store front demos
Ensuring your team meets sales goals and key metrics
Executing company standards in all store operations
What you’ll need to be successful…
Minimum two years’ manager experience in retail
Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Effective coaching abilities to inspire top performers
Strong time management and organizational skills
Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Demonstration experience is an asset
