What we’re looking for…

As we continue our growth we are looking for people who will provide a fun and unique guest experience by demonstrating and selling the hottest trending products in retail. You will be asked to maximize the sales of the store by achieving and surpassing personal productivity goals while being a part of an exciting and highly energetic team environment.  Associates need to have previous sales experience (in a retail store), demo experience preferred, cash handling experience (cash register, open/closing register, deposits) and most important OPEN AVAILABILITY - this means you have reliable transportation to get to/from work at all times, are avaible open and closing shifts for weekdays (Monday thr Friday) and all weekend shifts (open and close) on Saturday and Sunday.  We also want to have associates be able to be on call to be called into Natick on short notice as well as be available to pick up shifts in our other 3 MA locations (Burlington, MA - North Shore/Peabody, MA and South Shore/Braintree MA)  By having open availability you get to work in different store enviornments learning how Showcase works in other locations and you can pick up additional hours as available on a weekly basis.

What you’ll be doing…

• High level of passion and energy, while providing an expert level of product knowledge
• Create a fun and interactive atmosphere, including storefront demos
• Drive sales through the engagement of customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge
• Achieve and maintain sales goals and key metrics
• Assist in daily store tasks, such as merchandising, price changes, stock

What you’ll need to be successful…      

• A high level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and in a group settings
• Flexible availability – including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Punctual and dependable
• Demonstration experience an asset
• FUN!
