Reporting to the Store Manager, the role of Sales Manager is responsible for the development of Store Associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing store sales growth. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of sales by inspiring, training and developing Store associates while retaining top talent.  

 Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Profitability within your District while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer group
• Recruit, Onboard and Train Top talent while continuing to network and build bench within various markets in your District
• Drive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience
• Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking and shop owner mentality to impact business results
• Know and manage the business through effective use of all sales and financial reports
• Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to the Store Manager on ways to increase sales at your store
• Ensure the execution of all company visual and operational standards in order to provide an exceptional customer experience environment

 Requirements

• 3+ years District Management experience with a specialty retailer, preferably Mall based
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Strong computer skills
