We’re looking for a Store Manager who enjoys building people, takes pride in results, and knows how to turn energy into performance.
What you’ll do
Take ownership of the day to day success of your store
Build, train, and motivate a strong team
Drive sales through demos, engagement, and merchandising
Create a fun, high energy environment customers remember
Hit sales goals and key performance metrics
Partner with mall and company initiatives
Lead from the floor and set the tone every shift
What we’re looking for
2+ years of retail management experience
Mall retail experience preferred
Strong communicator who leads by example
Sales focused with a positive mindset
Great coach who knows how to bring out the best in others
Organized, adaptable, and trend aware
Comfortable using social media
Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
Demo experience is an asset
A leader who genuinely enjoys retail and people
