What You’ll Do
As an Assistant Store Manager, reporting to the Store Manager you will help lead all aspects of store performance including recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing sales team. You will drive sales results and key retail metrics while creating an engaging and interactive in-store experience. The role includes coaching team members to deliver exceptional customer service, managing daily store operations including merchandising, scheduling, and inventory, and ensuring the store reflects Showcase brand standards and energy. You will work closely with your District Manager to grow sales and build a strong team culture.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should have retail management experience as an Assistant Manager, strong leadership and team development skills, and a passion for customer experience and sales performance. You should be able to coach and motivate a team to achieve goals while maintaining strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Experience in mall retail environments is considered an asset.
