What we're looking for

As a Store Manager at Showcase, you'll have the opportunity to lead your own business within the store. We're looking for an entrepreneurial leader who is passionate about delivering results, developing high performing teams, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Reporting to the District Manager, you'll be responsible for growing sales, leading daily operations, and inspiring your team to consistently exceed expectations.

What you'll do

• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top talent.
• Build an engaged, high performing team culture.
• Drive sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Execute engaging storefront and in store product demonstrations.
• Identify local marketing opportunities and participate in company and shopping centre initiatives.
• Lead by example with expert product knowledge and enthusiasm.
• Ensure the team achieves sales goals and key performance metrics.
• Execute company standards and maintain operational excellence.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 2 years of specialty retail management experience, preferably in a shopping centre environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with confidence presenting to groups.
• Passion for customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends.
• Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high performing teams.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstration or public presentation experience is considered an asset.
• Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for creating fun customer experiences.
