2+ years of retail management experience
Mall retail experience preferred

Reporting to the District Sales Manager, the role of Store Manager is responsible for the development of Store associates, fostering a highly engaging in-store customer experience and maximizing sales growth. The successful candidate will be key in contributing to the overall growth of company sales by inspiring, training and developing Store Leadership while retaining top talent.  
 Responsibilities

Drive Sales and Profitability within your Store while sharing insights and feedback with your Peer group
Recruit, Onboard and Train Top talent while continuing to network and build bench within your store
Drive customer loyalty and new customer recruitment by creating an inspiring and engaging customer experience
Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit that inspires out of the box thinking and shop owner mentality to impact business results
Know and manage the business through effective use of all sales and financial reports
Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to the District Sales Manager on ways to increase sales within your Store
Ensure the execution of all company visual and operational standards in order to provide an exceptional customer experience environment
 Requirements

3+ years Store Management experience with a specialty retailer, preferably Mall based
Strong command of written and spoken English
Strong analytical skills
Strong time management skills

What we’re looking for…
As we continue to grow, we’re looking for energetic and dependable individuals who can support our stores by keeping inventory flowing smoothly and delivering an exciting guest experience on the sales floor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and customer-focused in a fast-paced retail environment and who brings prior stockroom experience to the team.

*This position will vary in hours, but will try to hover around 10 hours per week, with the possibility of increase based on performance, efficiency, and reliability.
What you’ll be doing…

Receive, process, and organize incoming stock shipments efficiently, quickly, and accurately
Maintain stockroom organization and ensure efficient inventory flow
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor as needed
Support merchandising, price changes, and daily store tasks
Assist customers on the sales floor with product knowledge and demonstrations
Create a fun and interactive atmosphere through customer engagement
Drive sales through suggestive selling, sharing product knowledge, and demoing (playing) with the product
Achieve and maintain sales goals and key performance metrics
What you’ll need to be successful…

Minimum 1–2 years of stockroom, inventory, or logistics experience
High level of energy and a strong work ethic
Ability to multitask between stockroom duties and sales floor support
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays); Open availability is preferred.
Punctual and dependable
Ability to lift, move, and organize product (physical role)
Retail experience is an asset
